The Good Life announce 'Album Of The Year' Sweet 16 tour with Big Nothing and The New Trust

While most bands are busy hit the road for 15-year anniversary tours, The Good Life are giving their 2004 album Album of the Year the sweet 16 treatment starting in June.

Announced today, the band will celebrate the album’s anniversary with a tour across the United States. The trek kicks off on June 5 inside Philadelphia’s Johnny Brenda's, and it’ll include stops in cities such as Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Joining them on select dates are Big Nothing and The New Trust.

The full tour routing can be seen below. Tickets will go sale to the general public on this Friday (March 6) at 10 a.m. local time.

Released on Saddle Creek Records, Album of the Year is a concept album about a relationship going through a rough ending. The 12-track release includes a slew of guest performers, including Jenny Lewis, Mike Mogis, and Nate Walcott. The Good Life’s last studio album was 2015’s Everybody's Coming Down.
