Ultra Music Festival, Ultra Abu Dhabi, and Road To Ultra: India cancelled due to coronavirus

Festival organizers Ultra Enterprises Inc. have been forced to cancel this weekend’s Ultra Abu Dhabi and Road To Ultra: India, and Ultra Music Festival. This will be the first time Ultra Music Festival will have to skip a year. The decision was made to cancel things yesterday.

The cause is the ever-growing coronavirus, which has been threatening any massive gathering of people in the world. Recently, GDC 2020 had to be postponed until the summer. Tomorrowland Winter, which was slated to take place next week in France, was also cancelled yesterday. Forthcoming events such as SXSW, Anime Expo, and E3 will go on as planned, but they’ll be closely keeping an eye on the situation.

Madeon, Kygo added to Ultra Music Festival 2020

With two months until Ultra Music Festival arrives at Miami’s Bayfront Park, the organizers have released their phase two lineup yesterday.

Among those joining the festival as live performers are Gareth Emery, Madeon, and Sofi Tukker. Holding it down in the DJ side of things are Kygo, Dash Berlin, and Loco Dice. A slew of b2b sets have also been announced, including Kaaze b2b Maddix and Mike Williams with a soon to be announced DJ. Phase three of Ultra Music Festival will be released soon. Flume, Major Lazer to perform at Ultra Music Festival 2020

The folks behind Ultra Music Festival have unveiled the first string of acts performing in Miami next year.

Revealed today, Flume, Gesaffelstein, Major Lazer, and Zedd are booked as the live headliners. Above & Beyond, DJ Snake, and Follow The Fish are among those confirmed for DJ headliners. The music festival will also have a pair of B3B sets with Dubfire, Nicole Moudaber, and Paco Osuna in one set and Jamie Jones, Carl Cox, and a special guest in the other. The announced lineup can be seen below. More acts will be unveiled closer to the event.
