Anpanman has found a new home in the streaming world.

Fans in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and Mexico will be able to watch a slew of Anpanman films over on Tubi. 10 films will be released on the service, including Anpanman: Apple Boy and Everyone's Hope, which is out right now. The English dub finds Ghia Burns (Betty en NY) voicing Anpanman and Jason Michael Kesser (Gintama, The King's Avatar: For the Glory) voicing Anpanman’s enemy Baikinman. The Spanish dub features Cristina Hernandez (Kiki's Delivery Service, Sailor Moon) voicing Anpanman and Eduardo Garza (Dragon Ball Z, Naruto) voicing Baikinman. Tubi Chief Content Officer Adam Lewinson said:

“Anime fans of all ages can now enjoy the Japanese phenomenon Anpanman in English and Spanish for the first time ever. We can’t wait for viewers to meet Anpanman and his lovable enemy Baikinman as they join our iconic roster of characters on Tubi Kids.”

Based on the popular manga series of the same name, the Anpanman anime has been a fixture in Japanese homes since 1988. In 2009, the anime earned the Guinness World Record for most characters in an animation series with 1,768 unique characters. Anpanman was the main inspiration for One Punch Man, and it was referenced in BTS’ 2018 studio album Love Yourself: Tear.
