The five best highlights from PlayStation's June 2022 State of Play

Following the successful Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 remakes, many Resident Evil fans were eagerly waiting for news on a Resident Evil 4 remake. Fortunately, Capcom heard them, and on March 24, 2023 via the PlayStation 5, fans will be able to return to the secluded European village. Selling over 11 million copies worldwide, Resident Evil 4 is one of the most influential survival horror games ever.
Roller skating has seen an intriguing revival in video games this year with the recent release of Roller Champions. OlliOlli developer Roll7 will shake things up with Rollerdrome, which mixes roller skating with taking down enemies with various weapons. If you run out of ammo, you can successfully perform tricks to reload. Rollerdrome will arrive on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on August 16.
Eternights is a dating-action sim that can intrigue fans of the Persona series. In this title, the main character has to find a cure to save humanity from disaster. During this journey, they'll have the chance to date people in order to gain special skills and spells. Unfortunately, players don't have all the time in the world to do everything. With a calendar present, players will have to decide how they'll divide their time. Eternights will arrive on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in early 2023.
Following Street Fighter 6's reveal back in February, fans were treated to more footage from the forthcoming fighting game. Street Fighter 6 is looking to shake up the franchise with the introduction of World Tour (not related to Street Fighter Alpha 3's World Tour Mode) and Battle Hub modes. In the trailer, a new character named Jamie was introduced as Luke's partner in their battle against Chun-Li and Ryu. With more colorful visuals, this is also looking to be one of the most visually engaging Street Fighter games in a long time. Another major feature for Street Fighter 6 is the Real-Time Commentary Feature, which will feature commentary from popular FGC commentators such as Vicious and Aru. Street Fighter 6 will arrive in 2023 on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
Introduced at PlayStation's State of Play in 2020, Stray is a game where the player controls a cat in a village with their drone called B-12. Through this journey, the cat will be able to interact with various items and have to dodge various pitfalls along the way. Stray will be released on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on July 19. The game will be offered to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members on day one.
