The five best games seen at The PC Gaming Show 2020

While E3 didn’t happen, PC Gamer still unveiled their annual PC Gaming Show over the weekend. Around 50 games were showcased to the delight of many PC players. These five games stood out from the rest displayed that day. If you missed the PC Gaming Show or want to watch it again, you can watch it in full below.

Ooblets

In development since 2016, Ooblets merges Stardew Valley and Pokemon to deliver a delightful experience. Aside from farming, players can customize their homes and engage in dance battles. On PC, the game will be released exclusively on the Epic Games Store. Ooblets will hit Early Access in the near future.

In Sound Mind

Psychological horror game In Sound Mind will spook players with its puzzles and boss fights. The game is developed by We Create Stuff, who are best known for their Half-Life 2 mod Nightmare House 2. Music producer The Living Tombstone will deliver the game’s immersive soundtrack. A demo for In Sound Mind is out on Steam. You can sign up for their mailing list for future updates.

Paradise Killer

Developed by Kaizen Game Works, Paradise Killer revolves around the mysterious murder of the ruling council of Paradise. Taking control of investigator Lady Love Dies, the player will embark on an open-world adventure to solve the case. A demo is available on Steam right now. Paradise Killer will be released this summer.

Weird West

The co-creators of Dishonored and Prey joined forces to unleash the action RPG Weird West. The game features five grand storylines between unique characters. This game also punishes players letting their characters die. If you don’t have the proper reviving items, you can't bring them back. Weird West will arrive in 2021, but a demo will be unveiled in the near future.

The Outlast Trials

The popular Outlast franchise goes into the Cold War with The Outlast Trials. The game revolves around Murkoff Corporation making human guinea pigs for their experiments. This time around, you can team up with up to four players to make their escape. The Outlast Trials makes its way to PC in 2021.
