Run The Jewels drop details on 'Run The Jewels 4'

Hip hop supergroup Run The Jewels will unveil Run The Jewels 4 digitally on June 5.

Announced today, the 11-track release will include collaborations with 2 Chainz, Pharrell Williams, Zack de la Rocha, Mavis Staples, and Josh Homme. Run The Jewels recorded the album at the Electric Lady Studios and Shangri-La Studios. The record includes the previously released singles “yankee and the brave (ep. 4)” and '“ ooh la la (feat. Greg Nice & DJ Premier).”

Pre-orders for the album can be made here. While digital copies will be out in June, physical copies will be released in September. One of the biggest physical pre-orders is an original test press of the forthcoming album. Unfortunately, this sold out in a matter of minutes.

Next year, Run The Jewels will embark on their rescheduled North American tour supporting Rage Against The Machine. Tickets for this trek are already sold out. Their tour routing can be seen below.

Rage Against The Machine announce reunion tour with support from Run The Jewels

After weeks of anticipation, Rage Against The Machine have finally revealed dates for their reunion tour.

Announced today, the trek kicks off on March 26 inside El Paso’s Don Haskins Center, and it’ll make its way across North America before heading to Europe for a slew of headlining gigs. Joining them on most of the trek are Run The Jewels, who are currently working on their fourth studio album. The act have collaborated with Rage Against The Machine frontman Zack de la Rocha on the songs “Close Your Eyes (And Count To Fuck)” and “A Report To The Shareholders/Kill Your Masters.” The trek surrounds Rage Against The Machine’s appearances at festivals such as Coachella, Boston Calling, and Lollapalooza Berlin.

Tickets for Rage Against The Machine’s headlining shows go on sale to the general public on Thursday (February 13) at 11 a.m. local time. You can check out the full tour routing below.
