Swedish post-punk band Then Comes Silence release new single "Chain," announce 2022 U.S. tour
Swedish post-punk band Then Comes Silence have unveiled their new single “Chain” today.
The new cut comes with an accompanying music video produced by Future Legends Films, which can be seen below. “Chain” stems from Then Comes Silence’s forthcoming studio album Hunger, which will be released on July 1 via Metropolis Records. The 11-track album will feature appearances from musicians such as William Faith (Faith and the Muse, Bellwether Syndicate) and Niklas Rundquist (Leather Nun).
Vocalist Alex Svenson said this about the forthcoming album, which can be pre-ordered here:
"What is the point of writing songs about the apocalypse and the inescapable future that's drenched in darkness, when the media already do it better? Instead, with our new album HUNGER, we give you the light.”
This summer, Then Comes Silence will be touring the United States in support of the record alongside Bellwether Syndicate. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
