Orange 9mm announce first live show in over 20 years
NYC post-hardcore/alternative metal band Orange 9mm will return to the stage this summer.
Announced today, the band’s performance, which will be their first in over 20 years, is part of the inaugural New York City Tattoo Arts Convention. Taking place on top of Terminal 5, Orange 9mm will share the stage with Into Another, Raw Brigade, Spaced, and Calling Hours on Friday, July 26. For this show, Orange 9mm vocalist Chaka Malik and guitarist Taylor McLam will be joined by bassist Cory Bonfiglio (Total Meltdown) and drummer Chris Enríquez (On the Might of Princes, Spotlights, Julie Christmas).
The convention will also feature performances from Integrity, Integrity, Earth Crisis, Deadguy, Scarab, and All 4 All on Sunday, July 28. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday (April 5) at noon EST here.
Formed in 1994 following the breakup of hardcore punk band Burn, Orange 9mm delivered three studio albums and played with acts such as Deftones, The Sisters of Mercy, and The Offspring before disbanding in 2000.
