Korn team up with World of Tanks Blitz for "Finally Free" music video
Korn have joined forces with World of Tanks Blitz for their “Finally Free” music video.
The visual, which you can see below, kicks off the next big World of Tanks Blitz event titled Convergence. Starting today through October 24, players will be able to compete in in-game challenges to unlock pieces of the band’s artwork. Convergence will also bring the new game mode Burning Games, which is available for Tier V and above tanks. In this mode, tanks begin to lose health, and the only way to replenish it is to take down their opponents.
When it comes to the collaboration, Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis said:
“I really like World of Tanks Blitz. It’s true to the era, there are a lot of great tanks in there, and you don’t just jump in and start shooting. I think there is a connection between rock and video games because video games are intense and rock ’n’ roll music is intense. It seems like they have always gone hand in hand.”
“Finally Free” stems from Korn’s latest release The Nothing, which is their 12th consecutive Top 10 studio album. The band recently released a cover of Charlie Daniels’ “The Devil Went Down To Georgia” with Yelawolf.
World of Tanks Blitz is available on Android, iOS, PC, and the Nintendo Switch.
