Popular reggaeton artist J Balvin will be making a surprise jump to anime.

Revealed today, the Latin Grammy-winning artist will appear in Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow- voicing an unannounced character in both English and Spanish. J Balvin, who has been busy supporting their latest studio album Rayo, said this about appearing on the hit show:

“I’m beyond thrilled to join the cast of Solo Leveling! This series has such a passionate fanbase and getting the chance to be part of the anime world, after being a fan for such a long time, is an absolute honor. I can’t wait for everyone to see what we’ve been working on!”

A synopsis for Solo Leveling Season 2 -Arise From the Shadow- reads:
