Indie rock band Friend of a Friend release new single “HLS”
Indie rock band Friend of a Friend delivered their new single “HLS” yesterday.
“HLS” is the second single from Friend of a Friend’s upcoming studio album FACILITIES, which will be released early next year. An accompanying music video for the song, which was produced by Cinderblock TV, can be seen below.
The band said this about the new song, which is available on digital services right now:
“[“HLS”] is a song that is really a part of our DNA as a band, it has been with us for a long time and has evolved along with us. We wanted to take all the sadness the song could be and once was and transform that into a place of power.”
Next January, Friend of a Friend will embark on a trek across the West Coast with stops in cities such as Reno, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. In March, the band will be part of the New Colossus Festival in NYC. Tour dates can be seen below. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
