Green Day to perform at The Echoplex in Los Angeles this Thursday
Iconic punk band Green Day have been playing some tiny venues to gear up for their summer tour, and they’re making their way to Los Angeles for another intimate gig this Thursday (April 18).
Announced today, Green Day will perform at The Echoplex. Tickets for this show will go on sale to the general public tomorrow (April 17) at noon PST here. There will be a two-ticket limit for each purchase, and everyone must bring their ID and credit card to will call in order to grab their tickets. Doors for the show will open at 7:30 p.m.
Green Day’s summer tour, which also features support from The Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and The Linda Lindas, will have the band performing the albums Dookie and American Idiot in their entirety alongside other fan favorites. A handful of shows have already sold out, including Boston, Austin, and Toronto. The L.A. stop of the tour comes on September 14 at SoFi Stadium. Tour dates and tickets can be found here.
Green Day’s new studio album Saviors was released earlier this year. It became the band’s 12th album to hit the Top 10 on the Billboard chart.
