Drive Buy gets March 12 release date on PC and Nintendo Switch
Battle racer Drive Buy has an official release date.
Announced yesterday, fans can officially get their hands on the game on March 12 via PC and Nintendo Switch. In the game, you must make the most deliveries in a time limit. Fortunately, a slew of power ups will be at your fingertips. When it comes to the game, Glitchers co-founder Hugo Scott-Slade said:
“At its heart, Drive-Buy is a vehicle-based party game with intuitive, pick up & play controls, we wanted to create an experience which avoids the frustration of track-based racing games - hence a street-based delivery battler was created! We want everyone to be in with a chance of winning - so even the player in last position can turn it around and steal a last minute victory. Or they can flood the leader’s screen with emotes and emojis to get revenge.”
A demo is currently available to play during the Winter Steam Game Festival, which runs through Feburary 9. The game, which will include crossplay, was a standout title at last summer’s Steam Game Festival. You can check out a recent gameplay demo with the developers below.
