Donkey Kong Country 3, Nightshade heading to Nintendo Switch Online
Yesterday, Nintendo has announced the final slew of games hitting up the Nintendo Switch Online this year.
For the Super Nintendo, Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong’s Double Trouble, The Ignition Factor, Super Valis IV, and Tuff E Nuff will make their way to the service. While Donkey Kong Country 3 is a fan favorite, the other three games are oddball selections to many people.
Released in 1993, Tuff E Nuff is a fighting game where four combatants are picked to see who’s the strongest out of the group. Unveiled in 1995, The Ignition Factor had the player control a firefighter through realistic scenarios. The game was last seen on the Wii U Virtual Console. Super Valis IV is an altered version of Laser Soft’s Valis IV. This became the last Valis game seen in North America.
The NES will gain Nightshade, which became the basis for Shadowrun. The game stood out for its popularity meter, which gave Nightshade access to more regions based on how well the town liked them.
These games will arrive on the Nintendo Switch Online on December 18.
