505 Games will be strengthening their F2P game with their newest acquisition.

Yesterday, it was revealed that the company acquired publisher D3 Go!, who are best known for their popular titles Marvel Puzzle Quest and Puzzle Quest: The Legend Returns. Through their previous acquisition of Australian studio (and Puzzle Quest creators) Infinity Plus Two, 505 Games now owns the entire Puzzle Quest franchise.

Clive Robert, Head of Free-to-Play at 505 Games said this about the deal:

This acquisition marks the second for us in only two years as we continue our dedication to growing the F2P business unit and bringing to gamers the best there is to offer - from original games, to powerhouse licenses, and beyond.”

D3 Go! is the eighth acquisition for 505 Games so far. Recently, the company gained DR Studios and Kunos Simulazioni.
