Last night, singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun performed their single “i see america” on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, which can be seen below. The song stems from Oladokun’s major label debut album in defense of my own happiness, which was unveiled last summer via Amigo Records/Verve Forecast/Republic Records.

This spring, the artist will embark on a headlining tour in support of the album with sold-out performances in Los Angeles, Nashville, and New York City. Following the trek, which features special guest Bre Kennedy, the artist will have festival performances at Hangout Music Fest and Bonnaroo Music Festival. Their full tour routing can be seen below.
