U.K. singer-songwriter Sarah Proctor dropped their new single “Paradise” on Friday.

The single, which has an accompanying music video, follows the announcement of Proctor’s forthcoming EP, which will be unveiled later this year on Foundation/Geffen Records. The EP will include a mixture of previously released tunes and new material. The artist said this about the new song:

“It’s about what you would’ve said if you knew you were going to see someone for the last time. There are so many moments in people’s lives where they don’t know if this could be the last time and they could’ve made so much more of the moment—whether it’s death or losing someone in love. It could be a breakup you didn’t see coming. It could be losing someone tragically. The last moment with someone you love felt like paradise.”

“Paradise” is available on digital services right now.
