Chicago alt-country band Tobacco City have unveiled another offering of their sophomore album Horses today.

The track "Bougainvillea" comes with a music video directed by Sean Pierce and Karen Schmitz, which can be seen here. Vocalist Chris Coleslaw said this about the song:

“Bougainvillea is my favorite song on the album. It’s another nostalgia trip about the time in your younger years when you are free to be stupid and silly with very little consequence. Those days of excess were wild and illuminating but eventually times have to keep changing but the view from the heights of those times never changes.”

Horses will arrive on March 7 via Scissor Tail Records. Pre-orders for the 12-track album can be made here. On March 8, Tobacco City will hold a record release show at The Empty Bottle with special guests Hemlock, Powers-Rolin Duo, and Desert Liminal DJs. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now here.
