These are five fantastic concerts going down in the city from Monday, September 19 through Sunday, September 25. Tickets are on sale to the general public right now.
Wednesday, September 21
A Wilhelm Scream, Rebuilder @ Saint Vitus Bar

Massachusetts melodic hardcore band A Wilhelm Scream will kick off a Northeast trek inside Brooklyn's Saint Vitus Bar. In April, the band released their first studio album in nine years with Lose Your Delusion, which was self-produced by the band. Rebuilder, Oh The Humanity, and Lost in Society will join them as support.
Iceage, Earth @ The Brooklyn Monarch
Doors: 7 p.m. (buy tickets here)
Danish punk band Iceage and Washington drone metal band Earth will kick off their co-headlining tour inside The Brooklyn Monarch. Iceage will be supporting their 2021 studio album Seek Shelter and their forthcoming compilation Shake the Feeling: Outtakes & Rarities 2015–2021. Earth's last studio album was 2019's Full upon Her Burning Lips.
Thursday, September 22
Smashing Pumpkins @ Irving Plaza
Doors: 7 p.m. (enter to win tickets)
Smashing Pumpkins will have a special performance inside Irving Plaza on Thursday. The only way to get tickets is by winning them daily through radio station ALT 92.3 or by entering a contest. Following the show, the band will kick off their North American tour with Jane's Addiction and Poppy.
Friday, September 23
Joan As Police Woman @ Joe's Pub

Joan As Police Woman will have a special headlining performance inside Joe's Pub. Last November, the artist unveiled the collaboration album The Solution Is Restless, which found them working with Dave Okumu and the late Tony Allen.
Saturday, September 24
Testament, Exodus @ Palladium Times Square

Testament will bring the Bay Area to NYC's Palladium Times Square with their tour alongside Exodus and Death Angel. Testament's last studio album was 2020's Titans of Creation, which was their last release with former drummer Gene Hoglan. Exodus will be supporting their 2021 studio album Persona Non Grata. Death Angel have been working on the follow-up to their 2019 studio album Humanicide, which earned them their first Grammy nomination.
