Los Angeles always has a plethora of events going down at every corner. Whether it’s a convention or some local stand-up comedy, there’s always something to do if you’re looking to leave the house. We look at some of the best events going down in Los Angeles this week (March 18 through March 24).

Tuesday, March 19

Dry Cleaning, Suzanne Kraft @ El Rey Theatre (5515 Wilshire Blvd)
Doors: 7 p.m. (tickets)

U.K. post-punk group Dry Cleaning make their way to El Rey Theatre to celebrate the recent reissues of their first two EPs: 2018's Sweet Princess and 2019's Boundary Road Snacks and Drinks. The band's last studio album was 2022's Stumpwork. Suzanne Kraft and They Hate Change will also perform.

The Dandy Warhols, Sisters of Your Sunshine Vapor @ Fonda Theatre (6126 Hollywood Boulevard)
Doors: 8 p.m. (tickets)

Alternative rock band The Dandy Warhols will be in town supporting their new studio album Rainmaker, which was unveiled last week via Sunset Blvd. Records. The band are best known for their singles "Not If You Were the Last Junkie on Earth" and "Bohemian Like You." Sisters of Your Sunshine Vapor will also perform.

Wednesday, March 20

Cold War Kids, Ruby Waters @ Fonda Theatre (6126 Hollywood Boulevard)
Doors: 7 p.m.(tickets)

Cold War Kids will have a two-night stint at Fonda Theatre (night two on Thursday, March 21) in support of their new self-titled studio album. The record follows the band's New Age Norms album trilogy, which was unveiled between 2019 and 2021. Ruby Waters & BEL will also perform.

Thursday, March 21

Arc World Tour Finals 2023 @ Thunder Studios (20434 South Santa Fe Avenue)
Doors: 10 a.m. (tickets)

The Arc World Tour Finals will take over Thunder Studios this weekend to showcase the best players in Guilty Gear - STRIVE -, Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising, and UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes. VIP tickets for day three are still on sale; this includes a ticket along with an exclusive collector's coin, a Guilty Gear - STRIVE - hat, and guaranteed front row seating.

Friday, March 22

Flesh and Blood Tour @ Los Angeles Convention Center (1201 South Figueroa Street)
Doors: 8 a.m. (tickets)

Star City Games will bring the Flesh and Blood Pro Tour to the Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend for three days of TCG action. Aside from the invite-only tournament, there will also be an open tournament, a cosplay contest, and a handful of panels surrounding the Flesh and Blood community.

Saturday, March 23

Meatbodies, Paint @ Lodge Room (104 N Ave 56 2nd floor)
Doors: 8 p.m. (tickets)

Meatbodies will hold their Flora Ocean Tiger Bloom album release show at Lodge Room on Saturday. Production for the 13-track album, which is out on In The Red, began in 2019, but various incidents, including the pandemic, delayed the album's inevitable release. Paint will be the opening act.
