While theaters are temporarily closed, improvisers have found a new home streaming on the internet. Through this venture, people from around the world can tune in to see these talented people tell amazing stories. If you’re looking to get lost in a great performance, check out these improv streams going down this weekend (February 19 - February 21).

Friday, February 19

The Seniors improv Comedy (The Pack Theater) - 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST (watch here)

Just because you're getting older, it doesn't mean you can't be cunning on stage! The Seniors Improv Comedy show will bring together improvisers of older age for an hour-long laughfest. You can donate to The Pack Theater via Venmo (@pack-theater).

Friday Jam (impro Theatre) 9 p.m. EST/6 p.m. PST (watch here)

A slew of improvisers from the Impro Theatre community will get together to deliver some amazing Friday night entertainment. You never know what’s gonna happen during Friday Jam! You can donate to Impro Theatre here.

Femme Noir (Impro Theatre) 11:15 p.m. EST/8:15 p.m. PST (watch here)

The Femmes Fatales bring a gritty noir story set years after World War II. Carol Becker, J.J. Epps, Mernoosh Kiani, Elizabeth Quinn, Faryl Saliman Reingold, and Karla Varney will be on hand for the show.

Saturday, February 20

Celebration (Impro Theatre) 5 p.m. EST/2 p.m. PST (watch here)

Celebration brings together improvisers from all backgrounds to celebrate themselves via an improvised play. This performance will include Spencer Frankeberger, Andrew Keller, Rejini Samuel, Katie Tranter, Siddharth Venkatesh, and Irina Wilder.

The Script Tease Project (Impro Theatre) 10 p.m. EST/7 p.m. PST (watch here)

Cold Tofu Improv will join forces with Impro Theatre for a special play read. The group will read the first two pages of a one-act play and improvise the rest. Doreen Calderon, Robert Covarrubias, Howard Ho, Jully Lee, Mike Palma, and Kurt Yamamoto will be part of the event. This will be Cold Tofu Improv's first performance since the pandemic hit.

Sunday, February 21

Wild Horses (Dynasty Typewriter) 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST (buy tickets here)

Improv group Wild Horses (Stephanie Allynne, Mary Holland, Lauren Lapkus, and Erin Whitehead) will hold a special improv performance with special guest Sasheer Zamata (Saturday Night Live, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur).
