Pennsylvania grunge band Superheaven will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album Jar with a special reissue.

Announced today, Jar (10 Year Anniversary Edition) will be released on April 28 via Run For Cover Records. The reissue features updated artwork along with the addition of two songs: “Siblings” (a Jar-era one-off single) and “Lucky” (a vinyl-exclusive b-side from the LP sessions). Producer Will Yip said this about working on the album:

Will Yip discussed his relationship with Jar, saying:

"Jar will always be one of the most important records of my life. When someone asks me about my favorite records I’ve ever produced, Jar is always in that list. From the second we tracked demos for this record, I knew Jar was going to be a classic. The band was so ahead of the curve with their songwriting, their sonic identity, and their realness. The band pushed me on a sonic level and I couldn’t be more grateful, it really help me with making a mental blue print on how to build a perfect feeling rock record. Jar forever."
