San Francisco hyperpop artist Marxoxo has unveiled their new single “Euphoria” today.

The song was co-produced by Marxoxo and OHEY. The song’s overall vibe was inspired by Sweet Female Attitude’s hit single “Flowers” from their 2001 debut album In Person. Marxoxo said this about the inspiration:

“I loved how carefree it was and how the arrangement brought the vocals to soaring highs so I carried that spirit with me going into it.”

The artist also said this about the new tune:

“Euphoria’s a real labor of love as it challenged me vocally and lyrically to be honest with myself! It’s kindve became my own re-coming out anthem.”

“Euphoria” is out on digital services right now.
