Producer Pete Frogs has unveiled their remix of The Kid Laroi and Justin Bieber’s hit single “Stay” on Friday.

This remix, which can be heard below, finds the pop song reimagined as background music for a Sega Genesis game with a bevy of ‘80s and ‘90s synths. Frogs’s remix of “Stay” is the first single from their forthcoming cover album Genesis Jams, which finds the producer sending popular songs into the world of Sega Genesis. Pre-saves for the album, which will arrive on May 19 via GameChops, can be made here. Another single from the release will arrive on May 5.

This Saturday (April 29), Pete Frogs will deliver a DJ set at L'Ouest Hurlant in Rennes, France. More information about the festival can be found here.

The Kid Laroi recently performed in front of a massive crowd at Coachella. The artist is currently supporting their debut album The First Time, which includes the hit single “Love Again.”
