New Jersey pop punk band Houston Calls will reunite to celebrate their 20th anniversary.

Announced yesterday, the band will have two performances at Asbury Park’s House of Independents on Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24. Joining the band for these two shows are emo group The Junior Varsity, who reunited last year, and Seattle punk group Dead Bars, whose last studio album was 2019’s Regulars.

Tickets for both gigs will go on sale to the general public this Friday (February 3) at 10 a.m. EST. Pre-sale tickets for their performance on June 24 go on sale today at 10 a.m. EST with the password HC2023.

Houston Calls toured the world with acts such as hellogoodbye, The Rocket Summer, and Yellowcard before calling it quits in 2009. The band unveiled two studio albums: 2005’s A Collection of Short Stories and 2008’s The End of an Error.
