Mitski will promote their forthcoming studio album The Land Is Inhospitable And So Are We with a handful of intimate performances across North America, the U.K., and Europe this month.

Announced today, Mitski’s North American acoustic tour will feature stops in Los Angeles (September 20 @ Theatre at Ace Hotel), New York (September 26 @ Town Hall), and Toronto (September 29 @ Trinity Church). A special pre-sale ticket lottery for these shows is live right now here. The lottery will close this Sunday (September 10) at 11:59 p.m. EST. Lottery invites will be sent starting on Wednesday, September 13. Remaining tickets will go live to the general public on Monday, September 18.

In October, Mitski will have a trio of performances in the U.K. followed by shows in Germany, the Netherlands, and France. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale this Thursday (September 7) at 12PM BST | 1PM CET; all album pre-orders from the U.K./EU web store will have access to the pre-sale. Remaining tickets will go live to the general public the following day (September 8)

The Land Is Inhospitable And So Are We will be released on September 15th via Dead Oceans. Pre-orders for the album can be made here.

This Thursday (September 7), eight movie theaters around the world will have a special early listening party for the new album alongside a film screening. Tickets for these screenings are sold out.
