“Heaven metal” artist Madeline Johnston b.k.a. Midwife and shoegaze artist Angel Diaz (Vyva Melinkolya) are joining forces for a collaboration E.P.

Announced today, Orbweaving will be released on May 12th via The Flenser. The five-song release was recorded at Johnston’s studio in New Mexico. The chilling first single from the E.P. titled "NMP” is available to stream below.

Midwife has been touring in support of their latest studio album Luminol, which features guest vocals from Diaz. In December, they released the live album Live at Nová Libe​ň​ská Synagogue, which was recorded at the Nová Libeňská Synagogue in Prague. Vyva Melinkolya’s last release was their 2020 Violet EP.
