J-rock band FLOW will celebrate Code Geass with a special virtual event in November.

Announced on Saturday, Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion x FLOW Virtual Live will find the band performing as virtual avatars while playing newly recorded music. Jun Fukuyama, who lent their voice to Lelouch Lamperouge in the series, will bring some newly recorded voice lines for this event. During the performance, viewers are allowed to journey through the world of Code Geass either through their VR headset or with their computer/smartphone.

This special event will run twice: November 6 for audiences in Japan and November 12 for the rest of the world. Tickets for this event will go on sale to the general public on September 30. More information about the event can be found here.

Debuting in 2006, Code Geass became one of Bandai Namco Filmworks’ most beloved anime series. On September 29, four Code Geass films (Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion film trilogy and Code Geass Lelouch of the Re;surrection) will be available to stream on Crunchyroll. The Code Geass anime is available to stream on Crunchyroll right now.

FLOW, who are celebrate their 20th anniversary this year, contributed a handful of songs to Code Geass. For the show’s first season, the band delivered the opening theme “Colors” while the band unveiled "World End" as the show’s opening theme for season two. For the 15th anniversary rebroadcast of the series in Japan, FLOW switched things up with "Dice" replacing “Colors” and “Daydream Believer (featuring Orange Range)” replacing “World End.”
