Vancouver alternative rock act Dear Rouge have announced their new studio album today.

Spirit will be released on April 22 through Pheromone Recordings. The 12-track release features the previously released singles “Life Goes By And I Can’t Keep Up” and “Fake Fame.” To celebrate the album’s reveal, Dear Rouge released the new single “Small Talk.” The act said this about the new song:

“'Small Talk'” asserts how the reality of the world right now has changed our needs, as we are all aching for authentic connection. We don’t have the time or space for “cheap love””.
