Jeff Eyser and Joe Myers of the Los Angeles-based set design and fabrication company FTB.DESIGN will open their new comic book and pinball shop Revenge Of early next year in Los Angeles neighborhood Glassell Park.

The store, which is done in collaboration with veteran television executive Joseph Kuntz Jr., will combine the two mediums for the perfect pop culture destination. A soft launch will take place in December before the grand opening in January.

Eyser said this about the new spot:

“We’ve spent so many years helping our clients bring their visions to life that it was important for us to take a step back and allow our imaginations to run wild. We wanted to create a space filled with all the things we love and a space we could really share and give back to the community.”

Myers also chimed in:

“Stories and community are the same. Stories are the collection of lessons learned, dreams shared, and warnings shared with those we value and trust; our community. Revenge Of hopes to foster these communal aspects and create a safe place for people to make memories, learn from others, and share important things with everyone.”

Through FTB.DESIGN, Eyser and Myers have worked with brands such as Critical Role, SYFY Wire, Geek and Sundry, and MTV.

Kuntz, whose TV credits include Below Deck and Project Runway, also said:

“We are excited to be opening Revenge Of in the Glassell Park Neighborhood. Our goal is to bring together a community of like-minded enthusiasts and fans of all the items we ourselves enjoy from the world of comics, film, and television from our childhood to today. We want people to have the joy of discovering something they have not seen before, or to find something they fondly remember from our curated collections of both new and old properties. Whether that’s a classic film, a new comic series, or a collectible that they can get for themselves or for someone else to enjoy.”
