Kansas City mathcore pioneers Coalesce have announced their first show in 12 years.

Today, the band revealed they’ll have a reunion set at this year’s Furnace Fest, which takes place from October 4 - October 6 at the Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, Alabama. The three-day event will also feature sets from Underoath (playing They’re Only Chasing Safety in its entirety), Skycamefalling, Poison The Well, and Snapcase. Coalesce disbanded in 2010, but they held reunion shows in 2011 and 2012. The band’s last studio album was 2009’s Ox.
