Circle Jerks and Descendents cover each other's songs for new split EP

Circle Jerks and Descendents have covered each other’s songs for a brand-new split EP on Trust Records to promote their forthcoming co-headlining tour.

Released today, the EP features Circle Jerks tackling Descendents’ “Kabuki Girl” and “Hope” while Descendents cover Circle Jerks’ “Red Tape”, “I Just Want Some Skank, and “Beverly Hills.” A commercial for the new release, which can be seen below, includes Descendents’ Milo Aukerman, Circle Jerks’ Keith Morris, rock photographer Edward Colver, skateboarder Steve Olson, Ian Svenonius and more friends.

The split EP won’t be on streaming services; the release will only be available online and on tour. The white and red variant vinyl sold out instantly online, but fans attending the upcoming tour will be able to grab a copy in person.

Tour dates can be seen below. While most of the trek is sold out, tickets for the remaining shows are on sale to the general public right now.
