The winners for the 10th Italian Video Game Awards have been announced last night.

The top award of Best Italian Game went to Hot Wheels Unleashed, which sold over one million copies worldwide. The title, which is developed and published by Milestone, was also nominated for Best Sports/Racing Game at The Game Awards 2021. The full list of winners can be seen below.

Thalita Malagò, General Manager at IIDEA said this about the ceremony:

“Our main objective at Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association is to encourage the growth of our national video game industry and to share it internationally, and the Italian Video Game Award ceremony has succeeded in that. Every year we are so impressed with the variety of submissions we receive and this year was no exception. We are extremely grateful to our diligent judges for contributing to such an event.”
